What each stage means
- Order placed
Your set is set aside for you and will not be sold to anyone else.
- Payment confirmed
A bank transfer usually clears in one business day. Crypto is confirmed on-chain, normally within the hour.
- Packed and dispatched
We pack the set and post it, then email you the carrier tracking number.
- Delivered
Six to eighteen business days depending on where you are. The carrier tracking page is the live one.
