Russian Dolls & Toys is run by C2A Enterprise. These terms cover orders placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.

What you are buying

Every set is turned from seasoned linden wood (Tilia cordata) and painted by hand.

Because a person made it rather than a machine:

• The flowers, the face and the grain will differ slightly from the photograph. That is how you know it was painted rather than printed.
• Listed heights and diameters can be out by up to five per cent.
• Linden moves a little with the seasons, so a new set can feel tight at first. Our care guide explains how to ease it.

Prices, payment and the minimum order

All prices are in euros. The minimum order is 250 euros before shipping, which is included. We take two forms of payment: bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana), with five per cent off when you pay in crypto. We do not take cards. Your order is reserved as soon as you place it and dispatched once the payment arrives.

Delivery

Every order ships insured and tracked, and the cost is included in the price. Delivery normally takes 7 to 18 business days depending on where you are. The shipping page has the times by region.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send a set back. Get in touch first, return it in the condition it arrived, and we refund the full amount the way you paid. See shipping and returns.

Damage in transit

If the parcel arrives damaged, email photos to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not have to return anything.

Law and disputes

These terms follow European consumer protection law. If something goes wrong, write to us first. We would rather sort it out directly than argue about it.
