Shipping and returns
We ship from Ukraine to all 27 European Union countries and beyond. Shipping is included on every order, and every parcel is insured and tracked. Below is how long it usually takes, how we pack, and what happens if something is not right.
Insured and tracked
Every parcel goes out registered, with tracking from our door to yours and insurance for the full value.
Packed to survive the post
Each doll gets its own foam sleeve, and the set travels inside a double-walled carton.
30 days to change your mind
Send the set back within 30 days of delivery and we refund it in full.
How long delivery takes
We pack and post from Ukraine within 1 to 2 business days of the payment clearing, and we deliver to all 27 European Union member states as well as the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the rest of the world. Parcels travel by tracked priority airmail and are handed to your national postal service or a courier at the border.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as the parcel is scanned at the sorting hub you get an email with your tracking number.
You can follow it on our order tracking page or on your own postal service's site.
How we pack
Painted linden wood chips if it knocks against something, so every parcel is packed the same way:
- Inside the set: acid-free tissue between the halves so nothing rattles in transit.
- Against damp: a sealed sleeve around the whole set, so the wood does not take on moisture on the way.
- Against knocks: dense bubble wrap inside a double-walled corrugated box.
Returns and refunds
If a set is not what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- Tell us: get in touch through the contact page within 30 days of delivery.
- Pack it back up: use the original box and padding so it survives the return trip.
- Get your money back: once it arrives and we have checked it, we send the refund back the way you paid, by bank transfer or to the wallet you sent from, within 2 to 3 business days.
If it arrives damaged
It happens occasionally, and it costs you nothing:
Take two or three photos of the damage and of the outer box and send them to [email protected]. We will send a replacement set or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to post anything back.
Customs and import charges
We declare every parcel honestly, as wooden handicrafts, at the price you paid. Orders to the 27 EU member states clear customs inside the Union, so there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. Outside the EU, any VAT or import charge your own customs office applies is yours to settle, and we can neither predict nor refund it.
